K4D Performance: continuous improvement for business and for life

K4D Performance brings Lean Six Sigma tools to people who need to actually apply them, through short courses, ready-to-use templates and one-on-one mentoring.

Lessons and mentoring with the instructor

Master Black Belt

The K4D Performance instructor is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, consultant and mentor in continuous improvement. He created the K4D2D method so the same tools used in operations and office areas can also organize personal time and money.

The method

K4D2D
Key for Day to Day

K4D2D stands for Key for Day to Day. The method applies A3, PDCA, DMAIC and KPIs both to business processes and to personal life, always in four steps.

  1. Record

No data, no improvement. Make visible what currently happens on autopilot.

  2. Prioritize

Not everything weighs the same. Choose where to invest time, energy and resources.

  3. Map

See the whole flow, end to end, to find waste and bottlenecks.

  4. Measure

Indicator, target and cadence: what isn't measured doesn't truly improve.
